We need volunteers for this year’s PetPromise Rescue Run & Festival.

All volunteers receive an offical PetPromise Volunteer T-shirt.

Volunteer Opportunities:
Set-Up -6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Help set up tents and tables, food, balloons, dog pools, course set-up, water stations, etc.
Registration Tent – 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Register participants for on-site and pre registration as well as team registration.
Pledge Acceptance – 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Take pledge money from participants and verify amounts.
Course Corners & Mileage Timers - 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Guide runners and walkers along the course by preventing conflicting pedestrian and vehicle traffic from entering the course. Provide dogs with water or hold dogs if too tired to continue so owner can finish race.(Police are responsible for major intersections.)
Course Clean-up Walkers – 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. a.m.
Walk the course to clean up any accidents or paper, etc. left behind.
Tear Down – 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Tear down of tents, tables, collet trash, clean -up and load trucks.

McFerson Commons Park: Downtown Columbus to the corner of Nationwide Blvd. (accross the street from the Arena Parking lot)
Festivities and registration will take place in the open green space under the old Union Station arch.
